Fat Pat’s Brewery is located in downtown Spring Grove, Minnesota. We opened our restaurant and tap room to serve burgers, pizza, Minnesota oak-smoked meats, and craft beer to the fine folks in the upper Midwest. Me and my buddy just peddeled 60 miles on a hot windy day on our gravel bikes and stumbled upon this amazing oasis. The food was great, beer cold and delicious. The folks working there were all smiles. Great place. Looking forward to returning.

So glad we stopped here! Had the Honest Puck pizza (moz, crispy prosciutto, caramelized onions, arugula, balsamic) and omg it was sooo good! Nice hefeweisen (called Heavy Bison haha) on tap too.

Amazing food!! You can’t go wrong with anything! Favorites include The Burg, The Curd, Nachos on Fridays, any pizza (all amazing) especially the Honest puck and Queen Bee). Add the beer and perfect combination. Oh and the Cole slaw and Mac & Cheese are sooooo good!

You just get a good feeling when you’re here. Maybe it’s the amazing BBQ or the Mac n Cheese, or whatever is on tap. Or it’s the atmosphere with all the doors open, friends gathering, families pulling tables together, or the super friendly wait-staff. Come and eat here, you’ll be glad you did.
